On July 17, 2026, it was reported that DeltaDeFi, a decentralized exchange built on a Layer 2 solution for the Cardano network, announced the shutdown of user services.
“strategic pause” was cited as the official reason.
DeltaDeFi’s team said the exchange paused smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and trading for the duration of “exploring options for the project’s further development.”

Customers were advised to withdraw assets from the exchange as soon as possible, as transaction monitoring and security controls on the platform have been stopped.
Developers promised to return funds to users’ original addresses, but only with a minimum Cardano balance (usually from 1.4 to 2 ADA).
If the wallet does not have enough ADA, the automatic return will not go through. In that case, as well as under smart-contract limitations, you need to contact the team via the exchange’s official X or Discord account and submit a request for manual withdrawal.
