7.15 Chen Jie Big Cake Morning Analysis

Liquidity conditions saw an explosive increase. BTC net inflow reached as high as $526 million. The long side’s main force strongly swept the order book, completely igniting bullish sentiment in the market. Although the current CVD is -56.21%, indicating that after a rally, some profit-taking sell orders are hanging in the high zone, the massive real-funds inflow still shows that the bulls are taking over and the upside momentum remains strong.

Currently, BTC is trading around 64695. On the 4-hour timeframe, BTC yesterday surged with a high-volume long bullish candle, breaking through and firmly establishing itself above the previous high point. It peaked at 65130, and the bullish structure has been fully established. The moving averages MA7 (63837) and MA30 (63726) have formed a bullish golden cross and are diverging upward. Because after the short-term spike there is a need for a pullback to confirm support, the morning trading plan is firmly to go long on dips in line with the trend.

Trading Strategy
Go long in the 63800-64400 range, and take profit/targets at 65100-65600-66100, with a dip-buy at 63100 #btc $BTC

This capital inflow is indeed strong, but the -56% bid-ask ratio makes me a bit uneasy. I’ll wait and see how deep the pullback is before deciding whether to go long.
