7.14 Chen Jie Big Cake Morning Analysis

Data shows that the current BTC net inflow is -$380 million, with capital outflows in the short term. But it is worth noting that the order-book bid-ask ratio is as high as +71.72%, indicating that the long-side buy orders resting below are extremely strong. The main funds are clearly building momentum and accumulating during the pullback, and the buy-and-support strength at lower levels is very robust.

At present, the BTC price is ranging around 62,450. From the 4-hour timeframe, the coin price retraced into the previous dense support zone, with the lowest touching 61,806 before quickly stabilizing and rebounding. The candlestick left a long lower shadow line, suggesting strong support from buyers below. Although the short-term price is under pressure from the MA7 (62,603) and MA30 (63,542), the overall large-scale consolidation-and-uptrend structure has not been broken. This deep retracement is more likely a bull “power-building” shakeout and wash. For the morning, the outlook remains firmly bullish: continue to follow the trend and go long on dips.

Trading Strategy
Go long around 61,800-62,400; take profit at 63,100-63,600-64,100; buy the dip at 61,200 #btc $BTC

The buy-sell ratio being up by 71% is really strong; orders placed near 61,800 also got taken and nailed in.

There’s a lot of disagreement between bulls and bears at this level, so I’m choosing to stay on the sidelines and wait for a break above 62,600 before I get in.
