U.S. stocks closed higher across the board on Thursday Eastern time, with tech and growth stocks leading the gains and driving the market stronger, as overall bullish sentiment recovered. By the close, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.27% to 52487.41 points; the S&P 500 rose 0.81% to 7543.64 points; and the Nasdaq Composite led with a gain of 1.30% to 26206.89 points.

At the sector level, semiconductors, storage hardware, and large-cap tech stocks were the core driving forces. The memory chip sector surged, with Micron, SanDisk, and other stocks rising sharply, as the computing hardware supply chain continued to heat up. Large-cap tech stocks mostly closed higher, with Meta rising over 4%, Broadcom and Tesla up over 3%, and Amazon and SpaceX also moving higher, as growth asset valuations continued to recover.

The overall market style leaned toward growth, with the Nasdaq significantly outperforming the Dow, reflecting the characteristic of capital favoring the tech track. The market fluctuated upward during the day, with risk appetite steadily improving, as geopolitical concerns were offset by sector positives. The market is currently awaiting the new earnings season, with institutions expecting significant year-over-year profit growth for S&P 500 components, and tech companies remain the core profit support. In the short term, U.S. stocks continue the pattern of volatile strengthening, with tech and chip hardware sectors expected to continue enjoying capital premiums, and heavyweight growth stocks will continue to dominate the market direction. #特朗普宣布美伊停火结束
