CoinWorld News, citing Al Jazeera, reported that Trump said oil prices would "slightly" rise due to the strikes against Iran. When asked about the impact of the U.S. strikes on Iran over the past day, Trump said: "Every time we strike (Iran), oil prices go up a little, about $2." When a reporter asked whether a new round of conflict between the U.S. and Iran could lead to higher oil prices, he agreed and insisted the increase would be limited to $2.
