CoinWorld News, Tesla will begin limiting employee spending on AI tools from the 6th of this month. Each employee has a weekly spending cap of $200 on AI tools, and any excess must be approved by a supervisor. Tesla employees' use of Musk's XAI's Grok model will not count towards the $200 limit. Grok has relatively low acceptance among Tesla employees, with most still choosing to use Anthropic's Claude.
