The auction is initiated by venture capital firm Long Journey Ventures, with bidding taking place from July 7 to July 17, 2026. The auction house estimates a price between $40k and $60k. The jacket not only bears Jensen Huang's autograph but has also undergone professional image comparison authentication, confirming it was the one he wore during the Hon Hai Tech Day in Taipei on October 18, 2023. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the non-profit organization The Edge Institute, to support scholarships, research grants, and interdisciplinary collaboration projects for young builders.
