Jinse Finance reports that on July 3, according to sources familiar with the matter, Crusoe, a leading AI infrastructure service provider in the United States, is advancing fundraising negotiations worth about $3 billion. After this round of financing, its valuation is expected to triple. The company's valuation was approximately $10 billion last October, and investors anticipate that after the completion of this new round of investment, its overall valuation will fall in the $30 billion range. Crusoe holds cooperation orders from leading companies such as Meta, Oracle, Microsoft, and Google, providing AI computing power support to these clients.
