I recently researched on-chain staking and found that WStaking is worth trying.

I was looking at various U-based financial products before, most of which either had pitifully low APY or were those obviously fake triple-digit yields that lure people in before rug-pulling.
After studying WStaking's staking rules, I found they calculate APY based on two dimensions: lock-up period and deposit amount:
> 1 month: 10%
> 3 months: 12–15%
> 6 months: 15–24%
> 12 months: 24–36%
Minimum 10U, maximum 10kU to hit the highest APY tier.
In other words, it's not a fixed number; the more you deposit and the longer you lock, the higher the APY climbs.
There are a few details I think are worth mentioning:
They support partial early unstaking, only applying a penalty to the portion you withdraw, while the remaining funds continue to earn interest under the new conditions. This is much more user-friendly than those protocols that penalize all funds upon any early unstaking.
After maturity, the system will automatically renew, and after renewal, you can unstake at any time without penalty. This gives you a grace period, so you don't have to time your operations precisely.
This is quite different from the instant settlement experience of many DeFi protocols, so it's something to note.
Also, WStaking has passed the Cred security audit and has been listed on DeFi Llama, offering data transparency that at least you can verify. It's more reliable than many projects that can't even produce an audit report.
I tested it with a small position myself, and the process went smoothly. I plan to increase my position and observe further.
For on-chain stuff, everyone should do their own research. Start with a small position, run through the entire process before deciding whether to scale up.
