There's some hot new info about land affairs that I think we all should know.

Our government has just signed a decision to adjust the National Land Use Planning until 2030.
The interesting part is that soon, the State plans to bring in cutting-edge technologies like AI (artificial intelligence) and Blockchain to manage land more effectively.
To put it simply, the upcoming plan will centralize all land data from central to local levels, then manage it with technology:
▪️ Using Blockchain: To keep data absolutely secure, no one can arbitrarily tamper with it. Need to check the origin of any land plot, it's immediate, transparent, and clear.
▪️ Using AI and Big Data: To monitor land fluctuations, and provide early warnings if anyone uses land against the plan.
A little reality check:
Having said that, at present, all these plans are just in the guideline documents, there's no specific timeline for implementation yet.
From paper to reality, it will probably take quite a long time, folks.
Do you think if these features can be realized, they'll be more convenient for our people?
