The funding rate has hit annualized hundreds again. Every time I see numbers like this, I get itchy to take the opposite side, but I learned my lesson around this time last year—by the third layer of the nested scheme, you think you're collecting rent, but you're actually the fuel.



That whole restaking pile of stacked yields—at the end of the day, it's just a game of who blinks first. Extreme funding rates just show both sides are bloodshot. I'm staying out for now; saving gas is profit too. I'll wait until the chain isn't this hot.

...But honestly, at times like this, I need someone to snap me out of it, or I'll really be tempted to hit that open position button.
