I think about this from where I sit, in Africa, where "policy" isn't abstract
it's the difference between moving money freely and watching a border close on your savings.

So when someone says Ethereum is quietly fixing its relationship with government and finance,

I don't hear boring.

I hear: this is the part of the story that decides if the rest of the story gets to happen.

The flashy stuff, the pumps, the memes, that's the fireworks.

This is the foundation.

And foundations don't trend.
