ASML raises full-year revenue guidance, confirms industry prosperity

Gold Finance reported that on July 2, ASML, the lithography giant, raised its full-year revenue guidance, mainly due to the continued growth in demand for advanced lithography equipment related to AI chip manufacturing. Leading global foundries such as TSMC and Samsung are accelerating the adoption of high numerical aperture EUV lithography machines to meet the demand for AI accelerators, further strengthening the certainty of expanding production capacity for 3nm and below advanced processes.

Industry insiders believe that ASML's upward guidance is seen as a barometer of the prosperity of the entire semiconductor equipment supply chain, confirming that AI capital expenditure is still in an expansion cycle. Order data from equipment leaders such as Applied Materials and Lam Research also verify the strong demand on the equipment side. The expansion of advanced process capacity is moving from the planning stage to the actual procurement stage, and the extended equipment delivery cycle further confirms the tight supply-demand balance.
