Nasdaq 100 Experiences Intraday Decline, U.S. Storage Sector Sees Significant Drop with SanDisk and Seagate Falling Over 5%

On July 2, according to BIT (bit.com) market data, the Nasdaq 100 turned negative during trading, currently down over 0.4%. The U.S. storage sector has seen an expanded decline, with Micron Technology (MU) falling 2.11%; Seagate Technology (STX) down 5.1%; Western Digital (WDC) decreasing by 4.5%; and SanDisk (SNDK) dropping 6.8%. The new memory ETF KMEM has declined by 4.5%, primarily holding shares in core storage chip manufacturers, including SK Hynix at approximately 41.53%, Micron at about 19.85%, Samsung Electronics at around 18.81%, SanDisk at 3.64%, and Western Digital at 3.4%.
