During the day, Trump praised Micron twice, saying "it's up $9 today."
But in the night session, MU directly broke below the $1000 mark, hitting as low as around $987! SanDisk fell over 10%, with the storage sector taking a collective hit.
Looking at the chart data: RSI6 is only 22.33, MACD death cross continues — it's indeed oversold in the short term, but with this kind of emotional selling, you need to be cautious when trying to catch the bottom or pick the top.
