Shenchao TechFlow Update — On July 02, according to official announcements, Ondo Finance announced a partnership with Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR) to launch the first third-party operated custodial tokenized U.S. securities solution within the current U.S. regulatory framework, providing full voting rights to holders of tokenized stocks.

The tokenized underlying assets include BlackRock’s iShares Core S&P 500 Index ETF (IVV) and Micron Technology (MU) stock. The corresponding tokens are issued on the Ethereum blockchain and are backed 1:1 by the underlying shares through a regulated custodian, with the underlying securities always remaining within traditional regulated custody chains in the U.S.

The program follows the third-party custodial model described in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) statement on tokenized securities published in January 2026. Through its ProxyVote.com platform, Broadridge will provide token holders with services such as proxy voting, issuer communications, and regulatory information disclosures, so they enjoy the same shareholder rights and protections as investors holding traditional securities.
