Pharos Network incubator invested in Faroo at a valuation of tens of millions of US dollars, launching the RWA Hybrid Vault developed by Faroo.

July 2, 2026 — Pharos Network, a Layer 1 public chain focused on real-world finance and AI, today officially announced Faroo, the first incubation project of its Pharos Incubation Program since launch. As the first and key supported project of the Pharos $10 million incubator, Faroo will receive comprehensive investment and resource support from Pharos, with a confirmed project valuation of $10 million. At the same time, Faroo launches an innovative RWA Hybrid Vault product to expand the yield scenarios for $PROS holders, delivering dual returns that combine native staking with RWA yields to token holders at large.

In February this year, Pharos announced the launch of an incubator program with a $10 million funding pool, with its core mission to connect real-world assets with on-chain finance, aiming to support early-stage teams in building innovative applications at the intersection of RWA and DeFi. Participants can receive comprehensive enablement covering technical guidance, product launch support, and introductions to an investor network. Although RWA has become a core narrative in this year’s crypto industry, it still largely remains in the “static tokenization” stage, lacking composability and also making it difficult to serve efficiently as collateral, preventing real participation in the DeFi ecosystem.

As the first project launched by the incubator, Faroo—backed by its technical foundation in liquid staking and strong strategic synergy with the Pharos ecosystem—became the first to receive a valuation in the $10 million range from Pharos and a full-cycle injection of resources. The project has joined the Pharos RealFi Alliance, becoming a key part of the ecosystem’s liquidity infrastructure.

The Faroo team has extensive experience in cross-chain staking infrastructure. Its technical solution is built on the Bifrost SLPx module, combining Layer 1-level security with native cross-chain interoperability.
