I used to think that happiness meant career success, getting married, and having children.

Now I increasingly feel that happiness can actually be very simple:
A small city with an apartment, a car, some savings, a pet to keep you company, and the freedom to manage your own time.
No need to deal with complicated relationships or bear pressure that isn't yours. In a bear market, you can still live comfortably by earning points, researching the market, and basking in the sun with your dog.
I am more and more convinced:
What can continuously create happiness is assets; what constantly drains emotions and health is liabilities.
Make profits in a bull market, cultivate life in a bear market. What truly compounds over the long term is not just assets, but life itself.
