Wu learned that Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon has announced a partnership with institutional MPC wallet platform Utila, planning to provide native Bitcoin collateralized lending through Aave v4 for Utila's institutional Bitcoin holders. Babylon stated that Utila serves over 300 institutions, and clients will be able to lend and borrow using native Bitcoin in the future without the need for wrapping, cross-chain transfers, or relinquishing custody rights.
