According to Blockstories, CACEIS, the custodian bank under Crédit Agricole, is in exclusive talks to acquire French crypto investment platform Meria. Formerly known as Just Mining, Meria was co-founded by well-known French crypto influencer Hasheur (Owen Simonin). It currently holds a MiCA-CASP license, has 150k users, and manages approximately €350 million in assets under management (AUM), primarily offering cryptocurrency brokerage services and staking financial products. CACEIS is the institutional financial services company of the Crédit Agricole Group and one of the largest asset custodians in Europe.
