I’ve been reading *The Future of Money: From the Gold Standard to Blockchain* recently, and I’ve noticed why so many people are so foolish—they don’t hold hard currency like Bitcoin, but instead hold zeroing-out altcoins.

But when I think about my past self, wasn’t I doing the same thing?
So I feel at ease.
If I break it down carefully, I really did make some money on altcoins.
But every time I look back and do the math, I still have to switch to Bitcoin at the highest point to maximize my gains.
As a former staunch holder of zeroing-out altcoins, no one understands hard currency better than me.
