Mars Finance News, July 2nd. The People's Government of Liaoning Province recently issued the "Liaoning Province '15th Five-Year' Marine Economic Development Plan." It proposes accelerating digital and intelligent transformation. Strengthen the construction of a "digital ocean," systematically layout marine digital infrastructure, enhance the aggregation, integration, and standardized processing of data resources such as marine observation and monitoring, satellite remote sensing, and drone aerial photography, and build an integrated space-air-ground-sea marine information collection and transmission network. Promote the construction of the Northern Marine Data Application Engineering Center, establish a large model for the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea marine vertical domain and a comprehensive marine big data application service platform, and strengthen the secure utilization of marine data elements.
