Mars Finance News: Interface News has exclusively learned that Kingsoft Cloud will accelerate the construction of GPU computing power clusters in the second half of the year to meet the explosive growth in computing power demand from its leading customers. Among them, Xiaomi’s GPU computing power needs for Kingsoft Cloud have been upgraded from a tens-of-thousands-card cluster to an ultra-large-scale computing power cluster; the related investment budget has increased from the initial nearly 40 billion yuan to more than 100 billion yuan. In addition, Alibaba’s large-model team has signed a 5-year computing power leasing contract with Kingsoft Cloud, covering more than 3,000 eight-card GPU servers. Based on the monthly rental price at the time of signing, after all deliveries are completed, the monthly revenue is approximately 300 million yuan, and the annualized revenue will exceed 4 billion yuan. Interface News sought verification on this matter with Kingsoft, Xiaomi, and Alibaba; however, the parties concerned have not responded yet. (Edited by Wen Shuqi, Interface News)
