Abstract generation in progress

Deep Tide TechFlow News, July 2, according to the Financial Times, the US government is in talks with multiple artificial intelligence companies, planning to introduce voluntary industry standards for the release of cutting-edge AI models as early as next week, focusing on regulating model performance benchmarks, release timing, and domestic and international access permissions, to reduce the risk of advanced technology being misused by other countries.

Affected by stricter regulatory oversight, companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google have made adjustments to their related businesses. Among them, OpenAI has delayed the full release of GPT-5.6 as required, only opening it to a small number of qualified partners; Anthropic's two models previously affected by export restrictions have been deregulated this week; Google is also maintaining close communication with the government as it advances its next-generation code model. The report also pointed out that both OpenAI and Anthropic are currently preparing for their initial public offerings.
