When the market is volatile, it's easy to get the illusion:

Go long on bounces, go short on rallies, trying to profit from every move.

But in reality, constantly switching directions often leads to getting hit on both sides.

If the trend has not reversed, don't rush to buy the dip;
If the trend has not broken, don't easily chase shorts.

Instead of constantly shifting your stance, stick to your own trading logic.
