The new whitepaper introduces the Sedna private transaction layer and a deterministic transaction ordering mechanism to provide pre-execution privacy, MEV resistance, and censorship resistance. Sei Labs stated that the Giga upgrade is progressing, and subsequent development includes a complete transaction fee mechanism, Autobahn consensus upgrade, and new tokenomics for the SEI token.
