Li Auto 'restructures' product department: splits complete vehicle and intelligent driving products, integrates into R&D
In terms of group relationships, Li Auto's product department is headed by Fan Haoyu, covering electric vehicle body, spatial intelligence, autonomous driving terminal products, interaction design, platform operations, App and official website, etc.
A person familiar with the adjustment trends revealed to 36Kr that the current adjustments mainly target core product definition teams such as electric vehicle body and autonomous driving. It has been clarified that the electric vehicle body definition team from the product department will be split and merged into the vehicle R&D department led by Liu Liguo; the autonomous driving terminal product team will be merged into the base model R&D team led by Zhan Kun.
"There may also be some experience-related product personnel entering Liu Jie's product line," an informed source said.
