Micron Technology's CEO recently stated that over the past few years, some customers have asked memory manufacturers to lower prices, which has brought some negative impacts. In 2023, Micron's prices dropped to one-third of their original level, making it unable to invest in new production capacity. This veiled criticism from Micron is widely believed to be aimed at its major customer Apple, although he did not directly mention Apple's name.
