Two years later, DNP buys Corning’s glass, uses its own laser and chemical etching technology to drill holes, plate with copper, and wire it up, to create the final TGV glass core substrates (Glass Core Substrates), and then sells it to TSMC (for CoWoS/SoW), Intel, or ASE.
