According to CoinDesk, FBI Director Kash Patel was reportedly late in disclosing his purchase of Strategy (MSTR) stock. Patel allegedly bought between $100k and $250k worth of MSTR stock on November 21 of last year, but did not report it to regulators until May 26 of this year, a delay of more than six months. Under the U.S. STOCK Act, senior executive branch officials must publicly disclose any transaction over $1,000 within 45 days. Patel attributed the delay to "miscommunication," which led to the inadvertent omission of the trade. A U.S. Department of Justice official stated that the transaction did not constitute a conflict of interest and that no penalty was imposed on Patel.

FBI director buys MSTR and still forgets? That memory is more ridiculous than my wallet.

With MSTR's volatility, is he making a profit or a loss? I'm anxious.

Poor communication is such a classic excuse, it should be written into textbooks.
