The head of the Military Administration of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Oleksandr Hanzha, said on the 29th that Russian forces launched an attack on the city of Dnipro that day. As of now, the attack has resulted in 4 deaths and 10 injuries. He said that after the attack, all emergency rescue departments rushed to the scene to carry out rescue efforts. As of now, there has been no response from the Russian side. (CCTV News)
