According to the official website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, on June 22, the Central Enterprise Quantum Technology Talent Training Class, hosted by SASAC, opened in Hefei, Anhui Province. Tan Zuoqin, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of SASAC, attended and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. This training class is the fifth class of the 2026 Strategic Emerging Industries and Future Industries urgently needed talent training program by SASAC, and also the first class for future industry talent training. It is undertaken by China Telecom, with 96 trainees from 26 central enterprises participating.

━━ NEWS ━━01National-level quantum talent training accelerates comprehensivelyCentral enterprise-level systematic layout of quantum talent echelonsTan Zuoqin emphasized at the opening ceremony to "effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency," closely follow the national overall deployment, focus on building a quantum talent science and innovation space for central enterprises, and accelerate the cultivation of a group of leading quantum technology talents. At the same time, it is necessary to "deeply promote quantum research and development applications," driving the aggregation of quantum talents to form synergy. "From systematically cultivating quantum technology talents at the central enterprise level to promoting quantum R&D applications, quantum technology is moving from cutting-edge research to industrial applications and key infrastructure security construction."

━━ ANALYSIS ━━02Quantum security rises as a national strategic necessityPost-quantum security becomes a new infrastructure challengeFrom Trump signing an executive order setting 2031 as the deadline for the U.S. federal government's post-quantum migration, to SASAC holding a quantum talent training class for central enterprises—quantum technology has moved from the laboratory to the core of national strategy.

The development of quantum computing poses long-term security challenges to the existing public key cryptography system. For scenarios such as finance, energy, communications, government affairs, and digital assets, security systems need to consider post-quantum migration in advance. Especially in the blockchain field, account addresses, digital signatures, asset verification, and on-chain transactions all rely on cryptographic foundations. Once the underlying cryptographic algorithms face risks, the security of on-chain assets and the credibility of the system require new technical solutions.

━━ CHAIN33 ━━03Complex Beauty continues research in the post-quantum directionChain33 underlying framework quantum-safe address practiceComplex Beauty Technology has long focused on underlying blockchain technology and industrial applications. Around post-quantum security, Complex Beauty has advanced practices related to quantum-safe addresses in the Chain33 blockchain underlying framework, achieving quantum address generation and the ability to transfer between quantum-safe addresses and regular addresses.

DilithiumFALCONSPHINCS+Chain33Currently, Complex Beauty is continuously monitoring mainstream post-quantum signature schemes such as Dilithium, FALCON, and SPHINCS+, and conducting research on engineering issues such as transaction volume, gas costs, algorithm compatibility, and system migration. Quantum security is not a single-point algorithm upgrade, but a systematic preparation for the future digital infrastructure. Complex Beauty will continue to delve into underlying blockchain technology, promoting the implementation of post-quantum security capabilities in more scenarios.

It's only a matter of time before quantum computing breaks RSA; if you don't prepare now, you'll be left dumbfounded when it actually arrives. Chain33 enables transfers between quantum addresses and regular addresses—this compatibility design is more practical than purely theoretical solutions.

In 2031, the U.S. government’s deadline for migrating to quantum-resistant systems arrives; our state-owned enterprises started batch training talent as early as 2026, and the pace is spot-on. Complex Beauty is moving solutions like Dilithium and FALCON onto the chain—how to reduce Gas costs is a tough problem.
