Jinse Finance reports that on July 1, during the high-level seminar on the 2026 “Zhongzhi” large-model open intelligent computing ecosystem collaboration held on June 29, the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area disclosed its latest plan in the token-economy sector. A relevant official from the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area said, “At present, the Phase I of the ‘Beijing No.1 Token Factory’ project has already exceeded daily output of 1.4 trillion tokens; half of the tasks are completed and delivered within 6 seconds, and 90% of tasks have response times controlled within 10 seconds. Performance fluctuations are kept stable within 20%. Next, the token factory will coordinate with green electricity bases such as Zhangjiakou and Ulanqab to build an integrated Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei computing power cluster, moving toward the long-term goal of daily output of 10 trillion tokens.”
