Huatai Futures: News that India is tightening iron ore exports can, to a certain extent, provide downside support.

The overall supply and demand pattern for iron ore remains loose. The current decline in ore prices has not effectively suppressed supply, and the ongoing drop in shipping costs is undermining cost support. However, news of India tightening iron ore exports may provide a certain floor effect. Combined with the upcoming meetings of mining companies, market concerns over spot liquidity disruptions are driving short-term price fluctuations, while the medium- to long-term downward pressure remains unchanged. Going forward, attention should be paid to blast furnace operating rates, non-mainstream shipments, and spot circulation conditions. (Huatai Futures)
