CoinWorld news, according to Chainalysis, the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) updated the ISIS-K sanctions list, adding 134 cryptocurrency wallet addresses, including 131 Tron addresses and 3 Monero addresses. On-chain data shows that these Tron wallets have received over $1.4 million and sent out over $880k since 2023. Tether has now frozen the balances of all 131 Tron addresses. In addition, OFAC also sanctioned two Brazilian nationals and four companies associated with the First Capital Command (PCC), accusing them of using cryptocurrency to transfer over $30 million in illegal proceeds from the United States to Brazil across borders.
