Ripple discloses eight progress updates on RLUSD, covering payments and cross-chain infrastructure.

Coin World News reports that Ripple’s Senior Vice President of Stablecoin Business, Jack McDonald, disclosed eight updates on RLUSD on X on June 29, covering settlement, regional access, on-chain liquidity, cross-border payments, multi-chain support, exchange listings, philanthropy, and the Japanese market. Mastercard has supported RLUSD across eight blockchain networks, including XRP Ledger. Ripple is working with BiLira, Bitexen, and Bitlo to expand RLUSD availability in Turkey, and with Bitso to support the liquidity and cross-border transactions of RLUSD and MXNB via XRP Ledger’s Permissioned DEX. RLUSD also enables multi-chain support through Wormhole and enters the Japanese market through SBI VC Trade after receiving approval from the Japan Financial Services Agency. In addition, RLUSD has been listed on exchanges such as Gate and Floq, and has been integrated with cross-chain infrastructure provider Squid Router, while Ripple has become the exclusive digital asset and payment partner for Water’s GetBlue campaign.

Turkey and Japan dual-track advancement, Ripple's compliance strategy is indeed solid. Wait for SBI VC's official launch to see how the liquidity is.

Wormhole multi-bridge + Permissioned DEX, this combination packs a punch, making RLUSD’s cross-chain narrative far stronger than simply issuing a token.
