UK FCA Cuts Stablecoin Issuer Capital Requirement to 1%

The FCA lowered the capital requirement for stablecoin issuers to 1% of the issued amount under a new crypto regulatory framework. The previous level was 2%, matching the requirement under the EU's MiCA regulation. The FCA also set 40% reserve and collateral loss-rate requirements for crypto exchanges.
