loosing your port ATH while trading meme coins
When you're trading meme coins, enduring to lose your portfolio ATH daily just for a swing to new ATHs at some point is a hard earned mindset you need to establish over time, through experience and discipline.
I understand that the less money you have and the higher your drive to make it, the harder it is to endure these phases, but there's no shortcut around them. You need to go through them every single time.
There are strategies where you can try to hover around your portfolio ATH at all times, but they're extremely mentally demanding and not as profitable as others in high liquidity times.
It is completely normal to feel emotional about losing your portfolio ATH multiple times a week, thinking about all the possible what if scenarios. The best tip from my trenching times I can give is to regularly cash out profits to your bank account at portfolio ATHs, even if it feels like a "what if it goes higher" or "what if I size up and make more money faster" scenario pulling you the other way. Don't fall for it. Keep your size the same and trade your edge.
I genuinely hope you'll make it through your trading journey as unemotional as possible, because this was the hardest and toughest phase of my life, an emotional rollercoaster, lying awake deep into the night like a maniac.
Just find your own rhythm you're comfortable with, and try not to compare your portfolio to others.
