Does MiCA Really Change Crypto… Or Just Change Where People Trade?

One question keeps coming to mind.
If crypto can move anywhere in minutes, how much control does regulation have over liquidity?
MiCA has changed how regulated exchanges operate across Europe.
However, it does not change what makes crypto different.
People can still move their assets whenever they want.
Some choose regulated platforms and MiCA-compliant stablecoins.
Others switch to self-custody wallets and decentralized exchanges.
That is what makes this moment interesting.
MiCA does not just change the rules.
It shows how users respond when rules change.
The real answer will not come from regulators or exchanges.
It will come from where people decide to store their funds.
Crypto always adapts.
This might be another example of that.
What do you think is more important in the long run?
Regulation or user choice?
