BREAKING 🚨

Trump has been weighing a return to all-out war with Iran.
Per the Wall Street Journal, he held multiple conversations with Defense Secretary Hegseth and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs in recent days about resuming full-scale strikes, what some officials privately described as "finishing the job."
He decided against it. For now.
His reasoning: another round of all-out attacks would likely derail the nuclear diplomacy that is still technically alive, and the Aug 18 deadline for a deal is one he says he is fine letting pass.
But read the backdrop carefully. Iran just refused direct talks in Doha. Qatar says no high-level meetings are taking place. The Singapore-flagged ship got struck in the Strait last week hours after Iran warned vessels not to use unapproved routes. And oil, which had given back every war premium, just edged back higher this morning on this report.
Trump told Senate Republicans last week: "They're agreeing to everything I want. Otherwise we just go back and do what we have to do."
The war is paused. The option is on the table. And the market just remembered that.
