Peirce Expects Clarity Act Passage This Summer

SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce said she expects the Clarity Act to pass this summer after the bill cleared the House and awaits Senate action. The bill would divide crypto oversight between the SEC and the CFTC and create a federal structure for spot markets. SEC Chair Paul Atkins said the agency should bring digital asset innovators back under American law.
