Gate Stocks Now Supports US and Hong Kong Stock Transfers
Gate has officially launched its stock transfer-in and transfer-out feature, allowing users to seamlessly move US and Hong Kong stock positions between Gate and other brokers.
Key Features
1. Cross-Broker Transfers: You can transfer stock positions from external brokers into your Gate account, or transfer your Gate stock holdings to other brokers.
2. Online Application Process: Submit transfer-in or transfer-out requests directly through the Gate App with a clear, user-friendly interface.
3. Zero Gate Fees: Gate charges no fees for either stock transfers-in or transfers-out. Please note that external brokers may charge fees according to their own policies.
4. FOP Transfer Support: US stock transfers are processed via the DTC system, while Hong Kong stock transfers use the CCASS system.
5. Track Progress in Real-Time: Monitor your transfer status through the application records to stay updated on processing progress.
Estimated Processing Time: Transfers typically take 3 to 15 business days to complete, depending on the efficiency of both brokers involved and market procedures.
How to Get Started: Open the Gate App, navigate to More → Common Functions → Transfer In Stocks / Transfer Out Stocks. Please update your App to version 8.26.0 or above to access this feature.
Limited-Time Transfer Bonus: From July 1 to July 7, 2026, users who successfully transfer stocks worth at least 3,000 USDT can apply for a fee subsidy based on their original broker's transfer fee receipt. The maximum subsidy is 15,000 USDT for US stocks and 6,000 USDT for Hong Kong stocks, with VIP upgrades available up to VIP 9.
