Circle was removed from several Russell Growth Indexes during the Russell annual reconstitution on June 26. Simply Wall St said CRCL shares have fallen 32.8% over the past 30 days. CRCL fell to $62 today after competitor Open Standard launched the alliance stablecoin Open USD.
