🔴 The AMF announces the delisting of Vancelian (AUTOMATA France SAS) as a digital asset service provider effective June 30, 2026.
The delisting procedure was initiated by the AMF for crowdfunding activity without the required authorizations.
The AMF is in regular contact with the teams of AUTOMATA France SAS to ensure the effective cessation of its activities while preserving client interests, the regulator's priority being investor protection.
Vancelian must finalize the implementation of its orderly cessation plan.
The company states: "This decision is part of a compliance approach and aims to organize an orderly and supervised transition. Automata France continues its efforts to resubmit its PSCA license application as soon as possible, in order to resume its activities on crypto-assets once the license is obtained."
