BNB Chain has announced the launch of BNB Agent Studio, allowing developers to generate and deploy AI agents using prompts in AI IDEs such as Cursor and Claude Code. The system supports automatic wallet creation, identity registration, and on-chain deployment. Each agent can obtain an on-chain identity via ERC-8004, provide a task interface via ERC-8183, and use a pre-funded wallet to pay for LLM call fees through the x402 protocol. The product is hosted and run on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, with the SDK already supporting Python, and is now live on the BNB Smart Chain mainnet.

AI IDE native integration + on-chain identity standardization, it feels like this will become the standard approach for the subsequent public chain Agent track.

x402 protocol solves the pain point of LLM call payment, the prepaid wallet design is very practical, finally no need to go through the authorization process every time calling the API.

The prepaid wallet + the x402 paid model is far smoother than the pay-per-authorization flow—I’m looking forward to more chains adopting this design.
