Sunshine Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Jinyun Asset Management Co., Ltd., entered into a “Lease Contract” with Shanghai Lehe Jiasheng Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Gelehue Apartment Management Co., Ltd., pursuant to which Shanghai Jinyun will lease the premises it owns located at No. 888 Zhongshan West Road, Changning District, Shanghai—Building 1, Floors 1–33, and the activity room—to Lehe Jiasheng and Gelehue. The lease term runs from June 22, 2026 to August 8, 2045, for a total of 19 years and 47 days, with a total rent of RMB 664 million. Meanwhile, the company’s joint venture, Shanghai Galaxy Hotel Co., Ltd., signed a “House Lease Contract” with Gelehue, pursuant to which Shanghai Galaxy will lease the premises it owns located at No. 888 Zhongshan West Road, Changning District, Shanghai—part of the 1st floor of Building 2 and part of the underground 2nd floor—to Gelehue. The lease term runs from June 22, 2026 to August 8, 2045, for a total of 19 years and 47 days, with a total rent of RMB 24.8845 million. The signing of the lease contracts is expected to generate operating revenue of approximately RMB 17 million in 2026, representing 5% of the audited operating revenue for 2025.
