$ETH Evening thoughts: July 1.

ETH falsely broke through the triangle and is now retesting the upper boundary of the triangle to confirm whether the support is valid. If the upper boundary holds, there is still a chance to break upward through 1583. Only after breaking 1583 can we look upward to the position indicated by the left yellow arrow.
Once it falls back inside the triangle, the triangle is likely to be broken downward. Look at the lower boundary of the triangle indicated by the white arrow below, which has been supported many times. A support tested many times, and each time it retests this support and bounces, it fails to break the high of the first retest bounce. Then on the next retest, this support will be broken. If the triangle is broken, first look at the 1520-1510 area! If 1520-1510 is broken, a new downtrend for ETH will be opened.
If ETH breaks through 1583 with volume, go long on the right side; if it breaks below 1566 with volume, go short on the right side. Pay attention to volume changes and set stop-losses.
If ETH holds above 1583 on the hourly level, look upward to 1605-1638.
If ETH breaks below 1564 on the 4-hour level, look downward to 1533-1503.
ETH is currently still consolidating inside the bearish flag on the 4-hour level. As long as ETH does not break below the flag on the 4-hour level, there will be no 4-hour level pullback. The corresponding price for breaking the flag on the 4-hour level is around 1560, and the 4-hour level pullback officially begins. The strongest support for ETH on the 4-hour level right now is around 1504. If it breaks, a big waterfall will come. A piercing pattern appeared inside the flag, indicating that ETH has a need for a pullback on the 4-hour level. Hopefully, it won't break the flag but just have a symbolic drop. This market is very hard to trade; want to go long but dare not, want to go short but no rebound to short, dare not. Wait. Meeting adjourned.
