ZTE Establishes New Semiconductor Technology Company in Nanjing

On June 30, according to Qichacha, Nanjing Keres Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with He Zhiqiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes integrated circuit design, integrated circuit chip design and services, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen ZTE Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation.
