Broadcom Co-Founder Reduces Stake by $250 Million

On June 30, according to public information, Broadcom co-founder and chairman Henry Samueli sold approximately 654,000 shares on June 24, totaling about $250 million. The transaction was executed under a predetermined trading plan established in December 2025 under Rule 10b5-1, and was not a sudden sell-off. After the sale, Samueli still holds over 83.36 million shares.
