Why can't many people grow 100U to a larger amount? It's not because the principal is too small, but because the strategy is wrong.

In the past couple of days, many people have DM'd me: "Sister Li, I only have 100U. Is it still necessary to trade futures?"

My answer has always been: A small principal is not the problem; opening random positions is the problem.

Many people go in with 100U, sometimes using 10x leverage, sometimes 20x. It looks like fast profits, but in reality, as soon as the market fluctuates a bit, it's gone.

Actually, small capital should prioritize one thing first — survive first, then think about amplifying returns.

My approach has always been quite simple.

With 100U, I generally don't chase high leverage, but instead slowly build with low leverage.

Why?

Because the higher the leverage, the less room there is for market fluctuations. Many times, the direction is correct, but a single pullback wipes out the position.

I prefer to wait for the market to show its direction.

For example, after a continuous drop in a coin, it starts to show clear stabilization, volume increases, and a bottom pattern forms. At that point, I consider entering, rather than chasing after a price surge.

If the judgment is correct and the market starts to move, let the profits run.

Once there is profit, gradually increase the position based on the market trend, rather than going all-in with a heavy position from the start.

Although this won’t multiply the account several dozen times in a day, the account will become more and more stable.

Even if the market doesn’t go as expected, there is enough room to respond, rather than having the trade ended by a single big red candle.

My trading has actually always been four steps:

1. First, screen coins that have recently attracted high capital attention and active trading volume.

2. Patiently wait for entry signals; don't chase pumps, don't guess tops or bottoms.

3. Control position size and leverage, prioritizing risk first.

4. If the market continues to strengthen, let profits expand accordingly; if the trend doesn't match expectations, handle it according to the plan, rather than stubbornly holding.

Many people think trading depends on luck.

But those who actually grow their accounts rely on a set of methods that can be repeatedly executed over the long term.

100U may not make you rich overnight, but if you can first learn stable trading, as your principal grows, opportunities will naturally increase.

If you still don't know when to enter or when to exit, or if you're always chasing pumps and selling off, I can share my usual trading ideas with you, hoping to help you avoid some detours.
